Everyone starts out at different fitness levels and have their goals to reach. Depending on where they are at, whether its in the beginner or advanced, you must make fitness fit you and your lifestyle so that you can achieve the goals you set out for yourself.

FOUNDER BIO

Meet Calvin Bryant owner of 40 Caliber Fitness from Tifton, Georgia. A former collegiate fitness competitor and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. I'm an ensured Personal Trainer through the PTA Global and have 7+ years of Strength and Agility Fitness Training. Classes are held at BFaast Sports Training in Tallahassee, Florida. My wellness preparation incorporates Group training camps, Personal Coaching, & virtual preparation from home.

VISION

“Fitness that Fits You”- Everyone starts out at different fitness levels and have their goals to reach. Depending on where they are at, whether its in the beginner or advanced, you must make fitness fit you and your lifestyle so that you can achieve the goals you set out for yourself. Meaning doing 175 lbs on Barbell Squats instead of 185 lbs because with 175 lbs, you are able to maintain upright posture while achieving full range of motion in the hip flexors so that you can build that load going down and explode that load going up. With 185 lbs, your form gets lax and you compensate by bending your back which puts you at risk for low back pain and you are not benefiting from the exercise.

You have to be able to be coached up on things you need to improve on. Whether its diet, workouts, motivation, or overall mental health

CONSISTENCY

To reach your goals, you got to put in the work day in and day out. Not just when you want to. You have to develop a system that you have to stick to daily which includes CONSISTENT: DIET, EXERCISE, REST, STRETCHING to reach your goals. It takes 3 weeks to see changes and 3-6 months to see drastic results.

OPTIMISM

-You are going to have bad days, bad workouts, inconsistencies with diets on this journey. In those times you have to remain optimistic because 99% of the time, the average consumer would give up. That is when you lean onto your support system for motivation whether it be a friend, family member or trainer.

These principles are very important in the gym, but more importantly in life!

                       Boot Camps $100 (Group Training)

               Boot Camps Times:

        8am/9am/7:15pm/8:15pm (Mon.-Thurs.)

        8am/9am/5:30pm (Fri.)

             

               Personal Training $250 (1-on-1, Semi-Personal)

       *Personal Training Appointment only available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

                                    Online Fitness Training

         Programs:

         Full Body Workout Program $70

         Split Body Workout Program $85

        

                     Online Virtual Training $85

        Times: 4pm-5pm Mon/Wed/Thurs
